Delivery / Local Pick Up

At OzSupply Australia we offer our valued Customers both Pickup from our Showroom and Delivery as we understand not all customers can come in store. 

  

   

All products can be purchased free of postage costs from our Dandenong South Showroom.

Australia Wide (Expected Delivery of 3 - 5 Business Days)
International (Expected Delivery of 7 - 14 Business Days)

   

For our Online Shop, products will be sent via Australia Post and the heavier and/or longer items will be though a courier service and even heavier items will require custom quote and booking. You will be emailed a tracking number no matter who it is sent though for you to monitor the products journey until it reaches your door.

Estimated delivery timeframe within Australia is 3-5 business days, however may take up to 14  days for outlying areas. 

Shipping is not available for large, difficult to ship or very heavy items such as aluminium checkerplate, steel tubes, and refrigerators, however you can send us a message or give us a phone call and we happy to quote freight for you that way. You are welcome to arrange an external delivery company to pick these up for you.

OzSupply Australia would like to make clear that we do not have any control over the timeframe it takes to deliver the parcel, please understand that we work with third party businesses and in some cases it may take longer than advised. We will do our best to send straight away. Should any problems arise, we will always assist and follow up on any concerns.
