    • What are the options for methods of payment?
    You can pay by PayPal, Money order, Bank Cheque, Visa or Master Card. Please contact us if you wish to pay by Credit Card.
    • Can I pick the item up locally?
    Yes, you can pick up locally. Our Showroom is at 19 Metcalf Drive, Dandenong South, VIC 3175. Open Monday-Friday 9am till 5pm.
    • Can I get a tax invoice for my order?
    Yes, you can. You will just need to send us a message or upon buying In-Store request a tax invoice, and we can send it to your email address or print it off.
    • Where can OzSupply deliver to?
    Australia wide (expected delivery of 3 – 5 days)
    International (expected delivery of 7 – 14 days)

    • How are my credit card details kept safe?

    We take care to handle your personal information securely using a process called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted envelope, making it extremely difficult for this information to be intercepted.

    • Are my personal details kept private?

    We only share your personal information with third parties if they are part of the service we are providing to you. We will never share your information with any third party for use outside of this service without your prior consent.

    All credit card information provided by you is only used for the purpose of processing your order. We do not retain credit card information for security reasons. This is why you must provide your credit card information each time an order is placed. 

    • When are shipping costs applied?

    If you would like a product delivered to you, shipping costs apply to all products on the website. Shipping costs are calculated according to postcode and weight, and cover how much it costs to send the product to you.

    Shipping is not available for large, difficult to ship or very heavy items such as aluminium checkerplate, steel tubes, and refrigerators, however you are welcome to arrange an external delivery company to pick these up for you. 

    • Can I track my order online?

    As part of OzSupplies's delivery service you can track your order online. Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an email from allowing you to track the progress of the delivery of your order.

    • How do I cancel my order?

    If your order has not already been shipped our Customer Service team can cancel your order for you. Please click here to contact Customer Service.

    • What should I do if the item I purchased is not working?

    Please let us know, and send us your details and invoice number- we will respond to your message within 24-48 business hours.
