OzSupply offers a 7 Day Change of Mind Policy. With a 25% restocking fee + return shipping fees, you have the option to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought from OzSupply for any reason within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please do not return the product to us without prior consultation – credit will not be given in this case.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please return it to us within 3 business days and we will give you a full refund or replacement.
If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or other remedy where appropriate.
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. Any damage from shipping must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of the product.
